Printers

The Help Desk services all University-purchased printers in campus offices. This includes clearing errors and paper jams, diagnosing connection issues between university-issued fac/staff machines and the printers, and helping resolve problems with printer software. (Offices are responsible for acquiring paper and toner, as well as calling in waste toner removal for multi-function printers.)
